Start a recce from a venue template — address, pins, entrances, routes, evacuation and photos from recces other teams have verified, with the people removed — or import your own past reports as Word or PDF and they become recces. Browsing the library is free on every Pack; loading a public template or importing a report is the add-on.

The allowance is for AI-assisted recces, and the console shows exactly where you are against it. Drafting, photos and reports never count.
A recce counts once per month, the first time AI is run on it — not once per button press. Over the allowance, each additional AI-assisted recce is £0.50 and appears as its own line on the invoice.
A seat is a person who can use Pack features. Reclaim one and give it to someone else.
Seats are yours to move. Assign one to a person, reclaim it when they leave, and give it to someone else — there is no per-change charge. Team Packs start at 10 seats.
