Report Drive · the Recce Library.
Start a recce from a venue template — address, pins, entrances, routes, evacuation and photos from recces other teams have verified, with the people removed — or import your own past reports as Word or PDF and they become recces. Browsing the library is free on every Pack; loading a public template or importing a report is the add-on.
Added to an Individual Pack.
Added to a Team Pack, whole workspace.
A template load or a report import each use one. Credits never expire.

You can see the meter.
The allowance is for AI-assisted recces, and the console shows exactly where you are against it. Drafting, photos and reports never count.
A recce counts once per month, the first time AI is run on it — not once per button press. Over the allowance, each additional AI-assisted recce is £0.50 and appears as its own line on the invoice.
A seat is a person who can use Pack features. Reclaim one and give it to someone else.
Seats are yours to move. Assign one to a person, reclaim it when they leave, and give it to someone else — there is no per-change charge. Team Packs cover up to 10, 20 or 50 seats, and a few extra are fine under fair use.

- Free trial — 7 days on every new workspace, Individual or Team. A card is required at checkout and the first payment is taken on the morning of day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- Prices — in GBP with no VAT charged, billed monthly in advance. A 12-month Pack costs 10 monthly payments. Upgrades apply at once and you pay only the prorated difference; downgrades take effect at renewal.
- Missed payment — if a payment fails we email the workspace owner straight away. Unless it is paid, access is restricted 3 days later; your records are kept and access returns as soon as the payment goes through.
- AI-assisted recce — a recce counts once per month, the first time AI is run on it. Drafting, photos and reports never count.
- Over the allowance — £0.50 per additional AI-assisted recce, itemised on your invoice. Trials stop at the trial allowance.
- Seats — a seat is a person who can use Pack features. Reclaim a seat and give it to someone else at any time. Team Packs are priced per band of seats, not per seat: a few extra seats above your band are fine under our fair-use policy, at no extra charge.
- Data — your workspace is isolated at the database row level, media is private with signed access, and Net Messenger is end-to-end encrypted.
