Account Deletion

• Field app: Profile → Delete account.
• Recce Net Admin app: Settings → Delete account.
• Admin console: Account (https://admin.reccenet.com/account) → Request erasure.
• Or email help@reccenet.com from the address you sign in with, and we will do it for you.

• Your deletion is scheduled for 30 days’ time, and you are shown the date.
• Until then you can change your mind: sign in and choose to keep your account, or cancel the request from the same place you made it.
• After 30 days, your name, email address, phone number and photo are erased, your identity documents and device notification tokens are deleted, and your sign-in is closed.

• Recces and other work you created for a team belong to that team, and stay with it, credited to “Erased user”. To have that content removed, contact the team’s owner or administrator.
• Billing records are kept for 6 years, as UK tax law requires.
• Security and audit records are kept in a form that no longer shows your name.
• Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.

Cancel your Pack first (Billing → Manage billing), or transfer ownership to someone else in the team. To close a whole workspace and delete its content, email help@reccenet.com. We can give you an export first.
